1. Carbon-added aluminum copper alloys

We have applied carbon addition technology to non-ferrous metals at our company, and successfully added carbon to aluminum copper alloys.
Refinement of the crystal structure by carbon addition was confirmed, and this is expected to improve the mechanical strength of the alloy.
The carbon-added aluminum copper alloys at our company are expected to be used as structural materials that contribute to weight reductions in automobiles and train carriages.
We are currently developing high-strength, low-cost aluminum alloys by making it possible to add carbon to existing recycled materials such as AC2A.

2. Eco-copper -World's first copper with carbon additive-

We used a technology on copper that is a carbon additive to non-ferrous metals, in doing so we've created the world's first uniform carbon additive for copper. Copper with carbon additive, (we call it [Eco-copper] at our company, has very high electrical conductivity so it improves yield Pulling Strength (Mpa) , tensile strength and mechanical integrity. It is meant to be used for the production of highly conductive copper electrical cables, extra strength wire harnessing for automobiles or in the construction industry.

3. Carbon Solder -Break-through strength lead free soldering-

We discovered that adding carbon to lead free soldering improves is strength by leaps and bounds so while applying for a patent, we changed from using lead soldering to lead free soldering. We found it to be very safe, highly durable and highly resistant so we started sales and manufacturing of carbon solder products in varying sizes and for various uses.

4. Bismuth (Bi) eutectic soldering

[Bismuth (Bi) eutectic soldering] has a low melting point, however the only drawback is that there is a lot of segregation so it is unstable.

At our company, by planning the manufacturing methods, we succeeded in creating reduced segregation, safe and durable [Bismuth (Bi) eutectic soldering]. Also, we corrected possible defects in conventional soldering by releasing the viscosity through carbon additives.
